Who's Baby? ("the app," "we," "us") is published by 12GageTech. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Photos are processed entirely on your device

Who's Baby? lets you select or take photos of parents and a baby to compare facial features for entertainment. All image analysis happens locally on your device using Apple's on-device Vision technology. Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else, never stored on a server, and never shared. When you close the app, the photos you selected are not retained by us.

We do not collect personal information

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, or your photos. We have no account system and no server that receives your data.

Advertising

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To show ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect and use certain information such as your device's advertising identifier and app-usage/interaction data, and may use it for personalized or non-personalized advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This is controlled by Google, not by us.

• You are asked for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is rated 4+. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because photo analysis is on-device and we collect no personal data ourselves, no photo of a child (or anyone) is ever transmitted to us.

Your choices

• You can decline ad tracking via the iOS prompt or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You can delete the app at any time; no data about you remains with us.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
